Univenture Public Company Limited or UV has announced its first half results (October 1, 2023 - March 31, 2024) with a total revenue of 7.823 billion baht and a normalized net profit from operations of 174 million baht.

Mr. Kampon Poonsonni, Chief Executive Officer of Univenture Public Company Limited or UV, discussed the first half results (October 1, 2023 – March 31, 2024), stating that the total revenue is 7.823 billion baht. The revenue breakdown includes 5.420 billion baht from investment business, accounting for 69%, 1.802 billion baht from real estate and related businesses, making up 23%, 503 million baht from industrial business, representing 7%, and other revenues of 98 million baht, which is 1% of total revenue. The normalized net profit stands at 174 million baht, with a net profit for the 6-month period at 64 million baht.

“After the company has restructured its business and investment operations across the energy, industrial, and real estate sectors to achieve a balanced revenue recognition from property development for sale and income from investments in potential businesses (Recurring Income), the company continues to explore opportunities for investment in new businesses with growth potential to maintain a balanced Investment Portfolio as targeted,” Mr. Kampon stated.

Additionally, this year the company is focusing on organizational transformation to enhance personnel expertise, increase business value, and create sustainable returns continuously,” Mr. Kampon added.
